You will learn how to produce a detailed (Request for proposal) and the information that this should include. without this, the suppliers cannot possibly provide you with accurate costs, accurate scope of work and realistic timelines
Martin will also provide a checklist for how you select relevant suppliers. And also a scoring matrix for reviewing and evaluating detailed proposals against your provided requirements.

You will have the ability to create and deliver a detailed RFP to potential suppliers. The detail in the RFP will include the following:

You will learn which suppliers to select and why, how to judge and measure the strengths and weaknesses of different suppliers and solutions. And you will understand the full set of criteria upon which you should be making your selection decisions.
You will also be provided with a list of all of the potential pitfalls along the way.
