Frequently Asked Registration Questions

Q. Are one-day passes available for the Main Conference?
A. No, however Main Conference Passes and Search and Email Marketing Day Passes include a one-year membership to the Online Media Library, where you will have access to all of the recorded content from the sessions, at a time that is convenient to you.

Q. Can I attend the Expo if I'm not registered for the Main Conference?
A. Yes, the Expo is open to everyone who has registered for an Expo Pass.

Q. Can I attend the Workshops or Search & Email Marketing Day if I've not registrered for the Main Conference?
A. Yes, you can purchase a pass to attend these events separately.

Q. What is the Online Media Library?
A. We record all sessions in the Main Conference and Search & Email Marketing Day and post them online in a password protected area on the website. All videos include full audio with syncronised powerpoint presentations. If you miss a session, or an entire track, you can view the recorded content and/or download the presentations anytime by logging in with your membership username and password.

Q. Do you have discounts available for group bookings?
A. Group discounts are available. Please contact us for further information or see below for group discount terms.

Q. What should I do if I cannot attend and need to cancel my Pass?
A. Please see directly below for comprehensive cancellation and postponement policies and conditions.

Q. Are my children allowed to attend the event?
A. No persons under 16 years of age, including students, will be allowed into the event. Please see the Conditions of Entry below for details.

Group Discounts

If you are registering a group of four or more attendees, please call 07-5574-0747 to learn about our Group Discounts. To receive a Group Discount, all individuals within a group must be employed by the same company, register at the same time, and registration must be made in a single payment (individual payments will not be accepted). Price adjustments will not be made for previously registered attendees.Group Discounts are not available with onsite registrations.

Substitutions, Refunds and Cancellations

Substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund less a $250 processing fee will be issued if the request is received before 11 June, 2010.  No refunds will be issued after 11 June, 2010.

Conditions of Entry

Entry to Online Retailer is open to all members of the retail and e-commerce community, aged 18 years and over. Senior students may also attend, if they are accompanied by an adult, and aged 16 years or older. Any visitors found prospecting or selling to exhibitors, sponsors or other visitors will be asked to leave. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to insist that any visitor leaves the event for any reason.

Organiser's Rights

National Media reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. We reserves the right to qualify any and all attendees to its events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company that 1) does not meet the attendee qualify requirements; and/or 2) engages in or is reputed to engage in business practices that are generally considered unethical and unprofessional. National Media also reserves the right to limit the number of attendees from non-exhibiting companies who we consider to be sellers rather than buyers.

As I explained, we have no more media spend left, so I can't give you a figure. If you can do us an unbeatable deal, I will be happy to go back and see if it can be signed off for you.
