Brant co-founded Bazaarvoice with Brett Hurt, and he guides strategy while managing the rapidly-expanding partnership and business development functions. Brant brings more than 10 years of online and start-up experience to Bazaarvoice, and speaks frequently at eCommerce industry events about Web 2.0, user-generated content and social commerce.
Prior to co-founding Bazaarvoice, which enables the world's largest brands to capture and amplify the voices of its customers to build sales, Brant served as Director of Account Services at Coremetrics, a leading provider of analytics solutions for the eCommerce industry. His team serviced more than 400 of the web's most successful and demanding brands while consistently exceeding the company's high customer retention, satisfaction, and measured ROI targets. Brant began his career at Sapient, a leading interactive services consultant, and has held founding management team positions at two technology start-up companies. A native Mississippian, Brant earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama.
Brant has been the featured speaker at Omniture and ATG events, and has captivated ad agency audiences with his 'quick takes' on using customer-generated content to drive sales.
