Australian Online Retail Study Announced

A groundbreaking new benchmarking survey was launched today by Online Retailer, in association with leading market research firm Forrester Research. The Australian Online Retailing Study will help online and multi-channel retailers benchmark their business against their peers and provide the industry with insights and intelligence that can be used to shape the future of e-retailing in Australia.

The study represents a pioneering milestone for the Australian online and multi-channel retailing community, with a direct focus on e-business operations and the challenges that are currently facing online retailers selling online. Topics covered in the ten-minute survey include e-commerce technology decisions, social media trends, mobile trends, and online merchandising tactics.
